The real issues here for the II's was never about the financials, they speak for themselves, especially with $400m in the bank. The real issue here was about Corporate Governance, especially in regards to being registered in Guernsey and also the perceived lack of an independent board of directors, as well as having the COO and the CFO being married to each other.
I'm very impressed that the Board has acted as swiftly as it has and has now i think regained the trust of the market. I think that the NYSE is a good choice for a second listing, even though I do think that BUR should also move from the AIM to the main London market. The NASDAQ was never a runner as it is aimed mostly at tech stocks.
I am a LTH.

NW, an excellent post - thank you. As a potential investor of NANO, if I may ask a question....... Is it possible to ascertain when NANO will show a Net Profit. Is it likely to be in the current financial year or do we have to wait for another year or two? Regards to All who reside here.
All sizeable share sales by Directors/Founding Shareholders will cause the share price to decline. The SP usually declines to the price at which the shares are placed into the market. Other examples in the last few months are BUR and FEVR. All FTSE 100 companies such as NMC do need as much share liquidity as possible. Perhaps this gives us PI's an attractice entry point at which to buy?
A highly successful company operating under the radar - now at an all time high......

Trading statement back in January indicated that results to March will be issued in June. Is there another Update due next week?
Hard to understand the strong share price increase this week. Any clues as to why?
Shady Again thanks for your analysis. Yes timelines have slipped, but I guess it's to be expected. Cash management must be an issue with the need to invest in people and in working capital (stocks and debtors). Setting up an operation in the US can't be cheap. I do think this is where the business will be done. What we need in the US and Canada is a small number of large retailers with nationwide footfall. Do these exist? Obviously DTC is very profitable in terms of margin. Interesting to see that Fevertree has recently decided to put their own people into the US rather than rely of distribution partners. in its bid to break into the wider market over there. I have seen Roots stocked here in the ROI in the small number of stores it has here, but I didn't sense much traction.
