So we are all in negative territory - I'm well hacked off with BEM, SXX and KAZ..... total failure of mibers to perform. I can recognise the dip in AAL due to shrap decline in POG over 2013. I may change one of my picks for 2014 to BKG (Berkeley group) ....jeez you should see how their SP has performed over the past couplke of years. Not bad for a housebuilder - then again - the buyers ain't Brits .... mpst overseas investors ..... ths trend may continue...hence the pick.
