hmmm feels like not many people visit this board anymore! So its no surprise to read an article on Shareprophets suggesting that the company might be better named Wrongster. I agree with the writer that story about Muirhead vacating his CEO role after supposedly successfully growing the business is a complete joke. It was also suggested that forecasted revenues of £25m for 2015 don’t stack up. Does anyone have a bullish case for Rightster?

There is no issue with having a strong sales team and I hope they are paid on RESULTS its just that Honest Ron has promised big things and not delivered much. Remember that RNS last year promising the 2nd half will be the time revenue come flowing in. Now its March 2015. The Social Care Bill was heralded to be that start of big things and much hob nobiing with Local Government followed and then the RNS says the focus has moved to Asia. The we learn about the house loan and those Director Buys were portrayed in a different light. What we need is positive news flow and plenty of it

Given that all the oilies are struggling CNE seems to be quite robust. Any reason for this? I had thought we wouldnt be this side of £2 for a good while yet. The only reason I can see is Blackrock building up a sizeable stake. Or is the inept Indian Government finallly coming to its senses. I wonder how many projects have they lost out on due to these wholly unfair and insane tax disputes?

Yes I wish they would make some money too! It's not like they are short on Executives. They've got lots of people, like Lynn Duncan CEO, Honest Ron Chairman, Paddy Broughton and Matthew Clynne in Oz, responsible (I hope they've managed more than one contract) then there is Nilesh Gopali in India. NIlesh writes good articles on Twitter but The India contracts make great headlines but are vague on the details. Then we have Johnny Holden from Visa. Johnny is CEO but I though that was Lynne's job. Then we have some guy from World Pay with yet another big title Chief of Sales and to top it off a new Vice President of USA and Canada Sales. I can't say much about the 2 new recruits as they've not had much time to bring in tne sales but I hope they do a better job than the big guns in Asia Pacific. Ron needs to deliver too. The share price has never recovered since the Equities First news. I hope the new house was worth it Ron. By the way if Ron reads this, can he please explain the significance of the Transformative Care Act to Cloudbuy's profits? The last trading update leads me to believe the answer is precious little! I've reduced my holding to protect my profits, as the SP slides. let's hope we get better news flow and less BS from Honest Ron

a recovery in the fortunes of Melrose Industries at last. Any ideas as to why this is? Is the long awaited next takeover approaching or easing in the strength of the US Dollar? The SP is volatile but I doubt very much we will see £2 again. Applepay launches in Europe in 2015 and Opay are involved. With US online retail sales growing exponentially, Meritus is helping Opay to diversify away from being just the paypal for internet gamers. The 2015 forecasts exclude potential from states like Pennsylvania and California regulating online gaming and a European acquisiition this year which will lead to diversification into new markets. Profits will be materially ahead of market expectations and we will likely see a main market listing. All good levers towards a higher SP IMHO Any ideas on what OPay might be eyeing up? Earthport maybe?

Hi Midus, well perhaps youve not been following Cloudbuy for long, but if you check out their RNS from September 2013 you find that Cloudbuy won a contract to supply their Spendinsight software to Tungsten. Tungsten are in turn selling it to their clients under the brand Tungsten Analytics, so you wont find Cloudbuy directly mentioned. But you will see that some massive companies are slowly waking up to its potential.

Dear Midus. Tungsten Corporation’s legend is TUNG. If you look at their interims posted today they talk about Tungsten Analytics. The software is provided by Cloudbuy under licence and it says one customer is using it with 27 multinationals trialling it. It is no secret that Cloudbuy is the owner of the software. Some bullet in board posters have suggested that Tungsten have claimed that they could write their own version of the software or improve the Cloudbuy system, but I have not seen references to these supposed statements. It is encouraging to note progress as Honest Ron does us no favours by embellishing everything with big promises of jam and cream tomorrow and then not producing the goods. Clearly theyve not been good at closing deals and the [promised billings in the second half have now been pushed into March 2015. Let’s hope this big hitter from World Pay can close the deals before Honest Ron is forced to go cap in hand to investors to raise more cash.

Encouraging noises from SCSW who mention the possibility of a main listing for Opay this year plus a dual listing on Nasdaq. Its also suggested that Opay will provide some logistics for Apple Pay who launch in Europe this year

Yes it's been a poor show for the share price most likely because it's not making lmoney and nobody has bought RSTR out. Charlie Muirhead doesn't seem interested in PI's. I've held on and topped up slightly as the instititution investors such as Woodford are so impressive. Video is a fast growing market so I'm hoping the market will eventually realise it. I'll top up agan at 20p of we side that low

Its only a modest recovery and clearly the city have no confidence in this POS. It is shameful that the Chinese sellers have been allowed to get away with breaching their agreements even though they have bought back in having cashed in at othes expense. It just illustrates that Chinese companies cannot be trusted.

Honest Ron continues to demolish Cloudbuy with this RNS. The focus has moved to Asia. How disappointing that all the hot air about Social Care and local authorities responsibilities have led to nothing.
