It is hard to believe how Honest Ron can be a credible Chairman now. Is it time for him to go? Or is the broker just doing their due diligence? Anyone know how long this takes? I would have thought the new broker may be looking at how to raise fresh funds. The only comfort one can take is Roberto Sella's 7 figure investment, although perhaps CBUY is vulnerable to a takeover on the cheap as appears to be the case at Alkane

I share your concern Funkybeats but the ShareProphets article suggested the broker issue could be resolved soon. Maybe it will be Daniel Stewart and we'll have Rob Terry as a consultant to raise more funds!

And whats Paddy Broughton been doing all this time with the several Austalian financial institutions? Westhouse Securities re iterated their £1 rating in May having suspended it previously. This littany of excuses is extremely poor. The silver lining is Roberto Sella holding 9% as long as his ultimate aim is not to take it private. After the Equities First debacle there must be a fair few furious investors including those in at 43p!

Notice how the pipeline has narrowed from 3 x £50 million in the medium term, now Ron is saying £50 million over 3 years. Little wonder the NOMAD has resigned. A delist would be a disaster.

Well I am hardly overjoyed that we have a rookie CFO. JQW seriously need to raise their game if the SP is going to ever recover. True a CFO is better than no CFO but there is no getting away from the obvious contempt that the Directors hold for investors.

Yes the price achieved was low, particularly as they sold an earlier tranche for a much higher price. I'm hoping whatever is on the offing is worth it. With the Director buys a few months ago I'm cautiously optimistic for now. Plus Apple Play hasn't been as success as it might have been yet it justifies the concept of music streaming globally.

What does the company mean by significant opportunities ahead? The purchase of Blinkbox perhaps?

I suspect that the results will not show massive surge in revenues, but Ron will be his usual bullish about the future…... India is just starting to show some promise, the systems are now in place and there appears to be a very healthy pipeline of contracts worldwide. Of course getting them up and running is going to require sudstantial investment and the big hitters recently recruited to get this show on the road will need to be suitably incentivised. It is encouraging to note a CFO has also been appointed and I am delighted that Ron chose not to dump his EFH shares. I will be much happier WHEN he buys them back mind! Its great to see Roberto Sella loading up. He’s got an eye for a bargain and lets face it, it may be a while before the SP hits 50p but it is unlikely to get much cheaper, if at all! GLA

Vey keen to hear how things are progressing here but I suspect the update will be as exciting as the games. I have seen Gfinity marketing with the likes of Top Man, Virgin Media and The Sun which is excellent news and access to the 18-34 target market must command a good premium. Also ticket sales have been going very well I understand and the global audience vastly expanding

Encouraging to see signs of life here, so I've topped up prior to the Yiwee announcement, which was ggod. As ever Ronald makes big statements but fails to include any financial detail, or he makes statements like we are going to take over the world which is followed by an RNS that says its all to come in the 2nd half. Perhaps it sounds harsh, and I'm hoping we are finally turning the corner. Ronald is on a World Tour and in his latest news video on proactive investors, he talks of a very healthy pipeline of proposals, plus the fact that Cloudbuy software is scaleable. He cites an Indian company that raised over $150 million to build a market place that would take 3 years to complete, when Cloudbuy's solution would take 6 weeks to do the same thing. Ronald's also boasted of a £4.5million contact in Australia which would have been worth £30K had it been sold as part of the old @UK business model. I'd liked to have bought much more stock but after the EFH debacle I'm being cautious as to whether this is hot air or if we are finally about to see Cloudbuy become the big money-making enteprise we have been promised.
