Looking at the last company report, XLM revealed that their largest customer accounts for 11% of revenues, so even if it is PLUS it would not be critical. However, could it be the move towards greater compliance in anti money laundering regulations that is spooking investors or is it just a case of sell in May?

XLM’s model is to take a percentage of the profits that the gamblers make for the web sites that they were referred to. So if PLUS loses customers, XLM could lose income. It is unclear if Plus500 is an XLM customer. But given that both organisations are Israeli, it would appear likely. Plus 500 made shed loads of cash, so they might be a key customer for XLM. XLM has just had their AGM but have chosen not to give a trading update. Seems strange. They must be aware of what is occurring at Plus 500 so why not issue a statement if there is nothing to hide? Of course it could take time for the loss of revenues to feed through. Plus 500 may be able to mitigate the disruption by getting their clients back on side with unfrozen accounts quickly. But there is the wider question of what influenced PLUS 500 to tighten their procedures so abruptly. Was their hand forced? Who pushed them to do it? Were the massive profits down to money laundering? Finally, XLM has lots of cash and an acquisition or 2 is long overdue. They made a statement about possibly acquiring TLV media which has not materialised and although cash generation is proving to be strong up until now at least the lack of positive news combined with the uncertainty means XLM is running out of steam.

Could the investigation for a possible opportunity in disguise? Its not just Alkane that is being investigated. If the Alkane bids are declared to be above board and rival company is found to be at fault perhaps it could benefit Alkane? Also remember who OFGEM are civil servants, possibly a lot like the rail regulator and you know what a hash they made of the West Coast franchise award. Be nice to see a statement from Alkane though

Glad to see the shorts have closed, but there's something I don't follow. The shorts have closed, so they've bought back 4% of this company to cover their positions, as the risk of the SP rocketing is high some say. So why hasn't the SP gone up? It's a disappointing £2.71 - even the election result had no effect.

Why did it need to do an equity raise for a mere £2 million?

The share price is not at the bottom just because JQW is a Chinese company. The management may well be good at the business side of things but their investor relations are very woefully poor. Don’t forget the orderly market agreements were ignored by several large holders who flooded the market with shares allegedly without the permission of the company. The fact that JQW is Chinese exacerbates the need for strong corporate governance and shareholders deserve much better

I read that the takeover of Skrill won't be completed until Q3 and the main listing move won happen until then. Seems a longer time frame than I thought. If this correct?

If it drops back I’ll buy them back, but either way Im very happy my profits and glad to keep some in. There are so many positives here, patented proven technology with multiiple applications, a growing US business offering a win-win solution to it’s customers, and the major possibility of being taken out by a major player like Uniliver, Proctor & Gamble, Bosch or Samsung to name but a few

The shorts are lining up. I guess many holders might flip a few of the new shares for a fast profit or is there anything more sinister afoot? Any ideas as to the timing of the move to the Main Market listing?

Agreed the FDA approval will give us more momentum but some sales of the parsotix system for reseach purposes as implied in the last set of results would also be welcome
