Lots of shares are down today! No wonder Cloudbuy is among them. Certainly it's the last chance saloon here but the company has been at 6p and all the way to 70p before. There are lots of projects that could bring in revenue so we're in a better position in some respects. It's just that Honest Ron is so accident prone it's like having Frank Spencer at the helm! We desperately need good news Frank, err I mean Ron and plenty of it! Until then investing in Cloudbuy is like roulette, red or black place your bets!

Interesting question. On the one hand, big funds like Woodford are invested, on the other performance has been derisory. This company burns through cash like it grows on trees. The founder bought Patrick Walker's company for £50 million yet they barely make a fraction of that even combined with the rest of the business, so who on earth is going to put more money in now. Further acquisitions to scale the business? For what? Still Walker sold his business to mug punter Muirhead so maybe he can pull something off. At least he was mostly pad in these (seemingly) useless shares.

Cloud buy has yet to deliver on its promises. If that wasn't bad enough the Chairman has shot the company in the foot more than once. First to fund his house purchase and second it is alleged that the reason the broker Westhouse resigned was the private placing for an American investor Roberto Sella who now owns 9% of the company. The chairman is known for making lavish claims of tbe companies abilities and promised £150 million in revenues. This has been scaled back to £59 million but in actual fact they have made F*uck all despite appointing some big names on to the pay role all that Duncan has delivered are pathetic excuses.

True, there have been some modest Director buys, but nothing from Nilesh Gopali Head of India, or Mr Robertshaw head of marketing. Hopefully they will give the market further much-needed-reassurance. And what of the pipeline? It would be good to know that at least one substantial project is off the blocks.

Not me, but the SP does have a habit of rising up and then falling back sharply. I don't think I'd risk it but it might make sense for the cannier investors. Of course there is the possibility of a large aquisition, which Ory has previously explained is likely to be limited to one per year. I don't think this includes Marmar media, although I m expecting big things from this addition as social media and no gambling games on mobile are hugely popular. There was a rumour earlier this year that XLM had set its sights on TLV media and the SP rallied on this news so if this idea was revived it could help consolidate the stronger SP

I had a similar letter. Don’t want to sell at this price, and wondered what chance is there of an improved offer? I am aware that if the Balfour Beaty does not get the 90% acceptance, the offer could be withdrawn, which would be no real loss IMHO. However, if I don’t accept the offer and it goes unconditional presumably I can still sell after the 5th October?

Have you tried emailing Cloudbuy? It could be the Nomad doing their due diligence or it could that the company are scratching around to get at least one of the big contracts kick started so it can co incide the new broker with something positive, or it could be negotiations are continuing in the background to take the company private or it could be that Ronald is a Walter Mitty type guy and this dream of being a company with massive potential is all *******s. Or none of the above. Whatever it is it is time for PI's to start contact Cloudbuy and tell Honest Ron that we deserve better

........what is JQW all about? Some have suggested it is a sham like the very pyramid schemes advertised by this sh site. There has been unauthorised selling of shares with impunity , a good initial dividend just like pyramid scheme, minimal investor relations just like a pyramid scheme. If looks like a pyramid scheme, acts like a pyramid scheme then what is it? So with the results due in a few days what better time for this bad news. .......Well we would have loved to pay a dividend as we've got loads of cash and we've been audited so it must be true. But your company's operations have been suspended due to management incompetence so we don't consider it in our best interests. I wonder who reported JQW, a jealous rival or an insider? Something smells here
