BSR...As part of the Re-domiciliation, in order to comply with the AIFC Companies Rules, the Company's shares will be converted from 512,697,077 Ordinary Shares of no par value to 512,697,077 Ordinary Shares of $0.03 each in the share capital of the Company. Hence your old shares gets cancelled and you get new shares on one for one basis. Further, company categorically said there will be NO dilution. You can find more details on link below.

Further, the sp is going ballistic on AIX as I/we expected cos the shareholder value is starting to be unlocked. I was wrong yesterday in saying yesterday was last day of trading old shares on AIX...think it's today.

Not to forget, POLY on MOEX was just under £6 before suspended, so the value of our shares should be somewhere near this level in next to no time.

Exciting times awaits...........

Headline clearly states individuals or organisations engaged in Russian disinformation network. Company or its people have no connection with Russian government.

Last day of POLY trading on AIX today and currently it stands at 252p. When new POLY does

open for trade, I expect it to be above this price. Pity this board will not be around to prove bug-blue and the likes the error of their ways.

BSR...realistic assessment imo from a reputable publication. All thing equal, Ukraine needs 3 to 1 advantage to over-run Russian defences at the very least. they don't have that, and will never have that.

Call for plan B which is talking peace.

Cos uncertainty surrounding is coming to an end. Management have laid out a clear path:

Redomicile to Kaz (to unlock shareholder value)

Split company (de-risk)

Diversify away from Russia (de-risk)

Re-list new company on LSE

Restore shareholder value

Not to forget institutions getting on board once POLY Kaz is split and lists on LSE.

POX 3 is very important and I think POLY is going as fast as it possibly can to bring it to fruition.

Wouldn't surprise me if it opens well in excess of 250p when the new shares does actually start trading on the AIX

At last we're in the land of goats and Borat. Never known any other company done what POLY is doing. I'm in it for the long term, and can foresee POLY regaining heights achieved previously, and hopefully in not too distant future as well given trends in gold prices.

Sorry...I mean no need to split if the company sells Russian assets.

We know that. I said it will relist once POLY splits; POLY Kaz will relist and POLY Rus will not. In fact there may not be a POLY Rus at all if company decides to sell Russian assets before splitting.

Not the time really, but there's quite a few on this board. I feel for the SH, the way they've been treated by Mook and the BOD in the past 12 months especially. BOD stood silent just collecting money whilst Mook ran riot. Where were the Non Executive directors all this time? Not a word heard from any of them.

Evgeny told me this in late may. I asked him what will he do once everything folds up on LSE. He said POLY IR will remain London cos company intends to relist once POLY is split.

CINE was doomed for at least the past 2 years; I'm surprised it took this long to get here. It is now clear the Mook used Ch 11 to suit his ends. He negotiated a great exit deal for him and his family, and also managed to obtain valuation for CINE ROW business (same business CINE bought from Mook's family in 2014 - Cinema City International) by putting on sale with no intention of selling. I can foresee Newco selling the ROW business back to Mook for a knock down price in the very near future.

And here the CINE shareholders believed all along that Mook was working for them; when in fact nothing could be further from the truth.

Mook the crook had the last laugh.....
