On Budget day March 15, Nigel Farage and GB news will be in Doncaster discussing the Budget and other business matters. Good idea if there are MSi investors interested they ring up GB news and book a seat for what looks to be a very interesting program.

A big uplift in interest as volumes hit c.600,000 on 66 deals yesterday. The stock is up 27% ytd ahead of results expected on the 28/3. Still a solid buy for the long'term investor.

Expansion of the product range into fresh food and higher margin commodities bodes well for this and next year. Fair value looks north of 300, so not up with events yet.

End of Jan Kitwave closed at 180 (I think, if i can find a space to bloody post) without being bombarded with ads nobody is interested in...which is seriously ******* off, so take that into account.

Something is happening in the background as rises out of the blue driving the shares up this quickly rarely happen without substance. I'm not complaining mind, as usually
they go the other way in my experience, so more than happy investors see value here.

Vols & deals are not great but this is a backwater Aim stock afterall so enjoy while it lasts or until the mrkts wake up to the obvious attractions. Wish I'd seen months ago but ain't that usually the way? Worst way a very solid hold if you have a view longer than your nose or nicking a few pence off the share price.

Last I looked Kitwave had very little 'free float' as major iis & insiders hold over 90% of the outstanding. With just 70m in issue and a 2000 mrkt size, sp's can be distorted at times.

The "buy and build" strategy seems to be paying off in so far as shareholders won't be called on to fund expansion following the £64m placing. That's reassuring in the short term as long as Mr Young doesn't go mad buying up small independents in a rush for growth.

I'm sure a shrewd operator like Paul knows the banana skins better than me! Whatever I intend to add as soon as funds are available.

Asia is mostly lower following mixed signals from the 'Street' on Friday. Tokyo leads the mrkts down, off 287 towards the close with Pan Pacifica in the red.

On the economic front Richmond Fed President urged Powell to continue to raise rates to ensure that inflation is brought to the 2% target. Traders will be digesting the latest US inflation data (CPI) out Tuesday, retail sales on Wed and jobless claims on Thursday.

Morning all.

No material change on the week for MSi stock. Sells continued to out'pace buys which has been the trend this year.

Of course for every seller there is a buyer which could inc jobbers buying for their own account so sometimes that ratio is misleading. On balance outside of the pure numbers sometimes share prices buck the sell trend and go up much to the annoyance of shorters. Also the nos can be unreliable as many get the 'red' sell on Lse when in fact they are 'buys'. Whatever that's just me being pernickety.

MSi held steady despite investors best efforts to push it lower. Give or take, a total of 34,000k shares were traded on the week, sells outpacing buys by a ratio of 5:1 on 49 bargains dealt.

That left MSi at (610-630) very slightly down over the week and 7% down ytd (180% up over 52) which is purely of academic interest and looks better on paper if the Bank Manager comes asking.

Since admission to AIM in May 2021 at 150p pis 'chat' has been sp****. Coinciding with covid and the lockdowns didn't help. However with the ftse at historic highs Kitwave is reaching a wider audience thanx to increasing revenues and profits.

At an undemanding 8x earnings for '23 the outlook for the company is much better. Some brokers have pencilled in a target sp of 320 on further acquisitions. I hold and look forward to c £26m profits this year.

In April 2028 Panthera provided an update on the Bhukia application and I quote....

The High Court of Rajasthan issued an order requiring the GOR to make a final decision preferably within 3 months. As the 3 month period has passed the GOR is at risk of being held in contempt......

Around 14 RNS updates later and many Court appearances we're no further forward in resolving this matter. It has to be said spurious objections from the GOR have been regularly rolled out to delay proceedings (rubber stamped by the local courts).

One wonders with another Court hearing due before the Judge on Tuesday what will change? How much longer will the Judge agree to these delays? Being held in contempt is meaningless as (GOR) objections seem to require no substantive evidence.

I guess this nonsense can cont ad infinitum as 'put up' or 'shut up' doesn't appear in the Hindi language though I suspect the (GOR) ably abetted by the Courts knows the score.....
