formatting - there are two columns headed Before and After

in this company as of today. For those who don't understand how the share swap adds value this is how it works: Before After Property to be swapped at NAV (assume all sold) 50 0 Other properties to be kept at NAV 950 950 Total Net Assets 1000 950 Shares in issue (-100 shares as 100x 0.25 x 2 = 50) 1000 900 NAV/share 1 1.05 Share price 0.25 ? It works so long as the share price is less than half of NAV. (And remember they are only offering bits and pieces)

I don't think the results will have any surprises as the significant cash flows are known. There could be a lot of uninformed excitement either way when published. More important will be the news flow. My guess is to stay over 2p now, stepping up with news flow. It is impossible to forecast earnings - this one is a leap of faith.

2007? 100% rises in a day (to 3.5) don't come round very often

after yesterday's rise when I got in at 1.8. Bought more at 2.37 today to have all those nice, tidy zeros at the end of my shareholding :-). I guess it will stay over 2 but i will be happy if it drops as I want much more. There are possibilities of cascading news (my guess only) and the website hints at new applications coming soon. They need volume. I think this is a mini Tetrapak. The licence model gives high gearing on a low capital base. Hopefully they will be recruiting more lawyers soon!

Bought in yesterday on the NHS news, up 40% today (that can't be sustained short term). Seem to have the key patents in place (although I suppose that wont bother the Chinese). And some premier customers trialing the product across huge markets in healthcare, metals and foods. Agree this will be massive, but prepare for dilution as they will need to raise a lot more capital (and that will probably be privately placed). But I love it!

I opened my FIF account after reading the results, the day before your FIF comment on the DAV board. Bought more today (some of the "sells" are buys!. Oversold IMHO and going North soon. We can have our cake and eat it here.
