i tend to agree, theres next to no support, end of June is when i see some interest thats if July is confirmed as spud month.

The reason the market is tacking this down is uncertainty. Great new leadership in M Buck but the MATD history still hangs over the SP. Personally i am not 100% certain they will drill in July.

Gige are you deliberating being dense. The BOD took the decision not to announce the contract until Trump had made his decision. Knowing that a decision to withdraw from the Iran deal would impact the contract and the SP The BOD effectively stopped peeps paying 50p plus and then possibly getting hit with the Trump announcement. For once Fowler made the right call.

Imho the BOD have acted correctly. Lets say the contract was signed and announced last Friday, SP races up to 50p with Investors buying the great news. Trump makes announces with the US withdrawal. WSG then announced contract on hold. 50p down to 12p. very strange tactics Nah

Joe if you read between the lines it appears the problem is with the equipment supplies, im guessing some of the equipment has been sourced from the US and that equipment may not be supplied due to new US sanctions.?? Reading the US sanctions that are to be implemented they dont appear to affect WSG services ? More meat on the bones in a few weeks.

Joe they had satisfied current sanctions. US are re imposing the sanctions that where removed in 2015. If Trump had decided to keep the US within the agreement non of this would be happening and WSG would be operating the �22M ME contract.

Joe are you that thick m8, they are awaiting to see how the US sanctions will affect the implementation of the contract. It may come to fruition that US sanctions have very little affect.

Whilst the contract has been signed, it is awaiting an exchange of board approval letters before it becomes effective. Approval letters signed and job done. I would imagine the Iranian client wants this done and dusted. Appears to be WSG that has taken a step back.

I would imagine it was signed recently but awaiting the US decision. Can you imagine if they had announced the signing of the contract. SP around 60p and then todays RNS. They where right to hold off the contract announcement. Todays SP of 13p completely discounts the ME contract. Aimho
