I am not short, I�ve held from 44p. I�ve added today between 19-21p. My targets are simply based on technicals L2 and sentiment.

No you cant actual see the reload, just watch the volumes, numbers, AT trades etc you learn through experience.

westie highlight the 2015 part of the daily chart for levels of possible support. for support Now look at the resistive levels in 2015

I watch the Bid Offer volumes. However if you want someone with very good insight and knowledge look for posts by Jimzi they have a great understanding.
