Bishand have you actually considered that the company has a complete new board and CEO, how can you compare MATD of the past with now, when theres a completely new team on board. It might actually help you understand the new MATD if you researched M BUCK CEO.

Unfortunately this is quite often the case in many placings these days. a great percentage of them are sold on for a 10% profit and become a drag on the SP for months. Over 800K sold today already, pretty obvious its Institutions from the placing.

MR M i think there are also many slippery hands, hopefullly they will be gone over the next few days. Recovery in the SP will depend on how many of the placing shares are to be flipped over the coming days.

How can the dilutive price 9.8p be below the placing price 10p with a market price of 12.85p. i guess you didnt add the 12.7M cash on to the mkt cap. Dilutive price is 11.6p

are so naive concerning fund raising. do you honestly think Institutional investors just cough up @ any price. they will evaluate price, news, risk etc To say the company should announced rig mob, SP moves up to 15-20p and ask institutions for funds @ 14p is just crazy.

Loz786 what institutional investor is going to invest under those terms, they wouldnt bother to much risk.
