Last time the SP was at these levels was Jan 2020

Monthly RSI is at its lowest ever level of 32, since peaking at 92 in Jan 2021

LBH with a current valuation of £45 M, TXP is excellent value if the BOD can deliver on growth thats available through a successful drilling development.

Big Question is can the BOD be trusted to deliver ????

If PEEL had been involved in the Placing we would have seen in the Price Action.

We have not, in fact PEEL have been off the offer

Price action would indicate the placing shares HAVE NOT GONE TO FLIPPERS / BUCKET SHOPS Such as PEEL SHOC

Price Action and MM activity would indicate that the placing has not gone 2 Flippers.

Increased debt was being used to fund Central block, however Capex X is now being funded through Placing rather than debt.

Hence CapEx debt has been reduced by $20M

Perfectly happy taking a small position under 21p although i see lower prices and will add further. ( reasoning, Placing overhang, further exiting from traders)

MMs currently offering under Mid would indicate a supply.

Company needs to explain why they have flipped from Debt to a Placing at all time lows.
