Think about it, im guessing the BOD would love 2B able to go out into the market and buy stock @ 12.3p

The options are allowing them to participate with the additional bonus that the company receives the funds.

Kaeren imho the options vested on the day of grant is being used as a means by which the BOD are able to buy shares.

Due to a news sensitive period probably for the majority of 2025 the BOD are going to be locked out from buying shares in the market.
