Imho as HEX is unlikely to need to raise funds through a placing the AIM listing is surplus to requirement and the OTC listing is a forerunner to a US listing and delist from AIM.

All i can say is Technicals and charts work for me for either trading or a LT entry point.

The majority of peeps diss charts because they simply dont understand them it takes years of study and fine tuning.

However solid LT Fundamentals are key

Skippy you simply dont get it. The market, Buyers and sellers set the resistance and support levels. chartists merely interpret them

Charts simply look at historic levels where resistance, supply outstripped demand and support demand outstripped supply

Simply put Resistance more sellers support more buyers

Very simple answer During a trend whether up. down or sideways there comes a time when that trend changes. This can be on any timescale

Resistance to that trend occurs when there is more supply ( sellers) than demand ( buyers)

Support occurs when there is more demand ( buyers) than supply ( sellers)

It really is that simple. And occurs all the time.

Simple question for you what would happen to a stock price if there was no resistance ?

I can give you many technical reason why its moving lower.
