I do GRH imho they are not a quality broker ( Bucket Shop) Seen them participate in many placings. Same ole same ole activity pre and post placings.

I guess they serve a purpose for companies that cant attract institutional money and 10X better than the convertible path.

management may think that the cpr and positive smd test will move the sp forward ? imho the market is fixated on future dilution.

i am very positive on the med/ long term outcome but management have really ****ed up with the convertible and backed themselves into a corner. a farm out or jv appears the only route to afford massive dilution.
