This instruments has become so toxic and destructive to LTH. Massive dilution plus the huge quarterly interest payments paid in shares.

Next round of convertibles will soon come into play. SP is going nowhere, CPR or no CPR imho

There is also the Technical view where the SP has fallen through major support at 19-20p which will initiate selling.

If they are looking to raise capital now then they have seriously made a huge error in their financial planning.

Imho there is no company/ fundamental reason for the share price collapse.

two reasons imho A large holder is selling or the market has got wind of a placing being worked.

Placing wont cut @ 20p with a SP @ 16p the longer they leave it the lower the SP goes unless they bring in a partner.

Well maybe i jumped on the PA action (placing) to soon as there appears to be a sizeable ho;der selling ( 500ks)

PA has got all the hallmarks of a placing.

Bid price is down 0.75p

Happens all the time when Novum is involved, the Forward sellers would have covered yesterday buying into the volume. The actual traders/ flippers involved in the placing needed to be sharp and should have got out yesterday.

Net result from Novum is a huge drag on the share price.

Im really hoping the company ditch them asap.

As expected, flippers who didnt get out yesterday selling into the buying volume are going to struggle to get out without forcing the SP back to 11p

gone into stickier hands.

Its gonna take sometime to worki through the flippers and traders.
