GRH i know you have huge respect for the CEO and COO however their ability to raise funds without huge dilution has been woeful at best.

First line of traders will be out around 13p once the placing flippers are done.

Hopefully in a few weeks normal service will resume.

Should be able to buy around 12p until the flippers are done.

TIT 1 will hopefully find the Nipple (sweet spot)

Needs to get in front of a camera and explain to the companies Loyal retail base WTF is going On.

MEM a single investor taking a large chunk is absolute BS ( Griffiths trying to big it up). this has bucket shop and flippers written all over it since the 19-20p days.

MEM the insiders simply tell their mates who are not inside and short the shares.

Common practise amongst bucket shops, driving the price as low as they can

get.

TT-T the placing has been known to the bucket shop for more than a week, plenty of time to get the flippers on board at a massive discount. The Institutional Investor is a myth its been mentioned in the past, non have ever invested. Company is simply to small.

Edark i suggest you read through previous Placing, Loan RNSs and read what the funds where intended for.

Agree Olderandwiser they appear to be raising funds for the same activities they had previously raised for ???? Questions need to be asked.

A breakdown of previous costs needs to be addressed.

Will be interesting to hear from Griffiths why hes moved the goal post re timing. Placing now being put before the CPR and Prospectus

Rosso123 i guess that takes it back to the price of last week prior to the placing.

Griffiths doesnt give a ++++ about retail shareholders, hes screwed them over yet again.

Imho opinion they need start coming clean and list where the funds from the last 3 cash calls have gone as something doesnt smell right.
