On 23 June 2023 Bens Creek Operations entered into an unsecured loan note agreement (the "Loan") with the Lender for a total subscription of $6,500,000 in Loan Notes. The Loan Notes have a term of two years and interest will roll up and be repaid as a bullet on the second anniversary of the Loan Note (the "Repayment Date").

Bens Creek Operations will repay to the Lender $2 per tonne of clean coal sold within 7 business days of production (the "Coal Payments"). The principal outstanding under the Loan Notes, less Coal Payments or other prepayments, will be repayable on the Repayment Date.

10th January Holdings RNS gives you the answer.

Small AT trades hitting the bid with very little support on the bid is causing step % declines.

At some point support will emerge on the bid, however no idea of the price. Anywhere between 14-10p is my guess.

Unlikely the convertibles however they may have made a decent profit from the 14.75p shares they have sold to enable the remainder to be dumped at a loss.

The Convertible instruments taken out by the company was a huge error imho.

Checkout a combination of poor Alkaid results, shorters and death spiral financing.

GRH i should have made myself clearer my message was referring to Market Dynamics /Sentiment driven during this 20 month bear market. i have watched 100s of companies seeing how the market has been responding to bad news, good news, buy the rumour, sell the news, run ups, spikes etc

im sure you have been doing the same.

The good news is these past few weeks has seen a little positive sentiment returning, market in small caps improving. inflation peak behind us.

Unlikely to go below 14.75p as this was the conversion price. imho
