My broker has informed me I can vote now.

the share issue but send the BOD a message saying, if they can convince us at the GM then we will vote for it?

i do not like being threatened into doing something, without know why????

Infact I would like the vote to be moved until after the GM.

As they do not say exactly what they want the money for, and I am completely against it, especially if it is going to pay their salary, and I think a lot of holders will say this.

This is why we need to put them on a leash so we can control what they want to use the money for...

They have shown they need a push as they are floundering .

If you are going to agree to a new share issue, what about requiring certain commitments from the BOD?

- they take a salary cut of 50% (io ensure the share money is not going into their pockets

- do not allow them to participate in the Open Offer (why should they get cheap shares)

- If the BOD want shares get them to buy their share options (1p a share)

- there has to be a vote if the BOD want to spend the Open Offer money (so that we can ensure why it is being used)
(how do we know the Open Offer is not just a ruse to raise capital to pay off the loan???)

So whatever shares are not taken up by the share holders Lind will purchase them :-

If you had been at the last AGM you would have known that the question of issuing new shares had been removed from the agenda.
