0I have heard of BoD members taking salary cuts to help the company through a bad period, but normally it goes the other way.
BOD members increasing their salary even when the company can not afford it.
Sadly EDL have the latter, BOD members who seem to think it is their right to have an increase, and refusing to converse with SH's.
We as a group need to stand up to them and say enough is enough, or they will continue on the same way.
For starters the BOD have to prove their commitment to EDL and, but that I mean:-
i) take a salary cut to be determined but the SH's
ii) not be allowed to participate in the OO
iii) to keep the SH's updated and reply to SH's concerns in a timely manor
