i have filled in all my votes but am still unsure if I am actually casting my vote the way I think I am... If that makes sense...

I, myself, am not too sure what is what with these vote resolutions...

These shares would be better put to use in giving Lind 36M, as priced at 1.08p or one lot at 5P, will never ever be bought by the optioneers....

I have been twice to meet RS and both times he has made promises which he has not delivered on.

I personally am wary of his talents in the position he has and am more than 50% sure he is the wrong person for the role(s) he has.

The BOD act like petulant children and throw their rattles out the buggy., at the slightest question.

These are not people who should be in charge of a children's bike let alone a large mining company.

I think if there was good news it would already have been RNS'd?

I am still waiting to hear if the 2K per month contract is being renewed?

The Company has now signed a one year contract with an East African industrial user for a minimum 2,000 tonnes per month with favourable payment terms. WHICH is now coming to an end. Is it being extended???

Aerial - what i mean by "smoke & mirrors????" is, look at the last 6 trading days and the volume of trades that have pushed the SP up by 0.02p.

Aerial/PI - I hear what you say but somehow we need to improve relations and by stopping the OO we can then go back to them and let them know, we are willing to deal but NOT under threats...

I hope it is a constructive meeting and RS and Jeff take on board the SH's concerns this time.... BUT....

They have to know they need to keep the SH's in the loop and see if we can agree on a 4/6 week update policy and only include what is achievable and keep us up to date.

In anticipation of the Company's planned increase in production, and as heavy wet season rains are affecting both production and transport logistics, the decision has been taken to initiate two shifts on the plant to help ensure production can be maximised. SO far no 2018 RNS covering this?????

Why has the 10.9M sell not registered on the sold trades????

I am a great believer in rewarding people for their work, BUT, I would certainly not have rewarded the BOD over the last 2 years

They have taken money while the SP has fallen from 1.3p to todays 0.105p

Aerial - I know, BUT, it makes me feel better by posting my concerns...

0I have heard of BoD members taking salary cuts to help the company through a bad period, but normally it goes the other way.

BOD members increasing their salary even when the company can not afford it.

Sadly EDL have the latter, BOD members who seem to think it is their right to have an increase, and refusing to converse with SH's.

We as a group need to stand up to them and say enough is enough, or they will continue on the same way.

For starters the BOD have to prove their commitment to EDL and, but that I mean:-

i) take a salary cut to be determined but the SH's

ii) not be allowed to participate in the OO

iii) to keep the SH's updated and reply to SH's concerns in a timely manor
