As the vote gave the BOD "carte blanche" to issue 2.5B new shares, we will just need to wait it out.

Just read their are 2 shifts working 13.5 days a fortnight.

So if that is correct then surely we must be near the 10K per month? I would not be surprised if the downside is due to the weather ans if so will this keep impacting 3-4 months of production each year?

Finally the "MK" Market Capitalisation is below £1m at 930K

I am certain something is wrong. As I said I voted "AGAINST" for all of the resolutions, so how does at least 1 have a "AGAINST" tally LESS THAN my share count?
I will be getting in touch with TIM/JEFF and Rufus to let them know "OFFICALLY".

I have approx 9.7+M shares and I voted all against the 1 - 5 resolutions.

As you can see for

Resolution 1 Votes against 9,773,627 which looks like I was the only one apart from about 35K shares

Resolution 2 Votes against 5,560,715 which does not even add up to my vote against???????

Also less then 10% were for each or the resolutions?????

If anyone else voted against the resolutions and with your votes added to mine is less than the vote against shown please let me know.

No one got the Tender as a 1.2G Hydro got the go ahead.

Hi Aerial - missed the meeting as my EX phones and asked me to look after the family dog, so been down the park with the glorious weather today.

But did find the following on another chat site.

All 1 - 5 passed (so expect lots of shares being issued and consolidation (my own thoughts)

Also something about RS saying about Hydro plant 1+g.

I am not saying either is right, but "HOW MANY ACHIEVEMENTS HAS RS HAD"?

For over a year he has said about 10K tons per month, and how much has he raised by issuing shares in the last couple of years?

How much is "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH"... and are you willing to put your money into buying more shares to allow them to take an increase in salary???

And what do you think the company is worth with the same BOD running it???
