PI/Aerial - I am sure some will buy the shares.

I am waiting until the SP goes to 0.05p - 0.07p. That is assuming RS wins the share issue vote, WHICH, I hope he does not.

I can think or nothing worse that 2.5B shares on offer

So only 2 hrs 40 mins if anyone is taking the OO of 0.12p per share.

I take it they sold 10.9M shares so that they can take up any slack on the OO shares left over?

So they sold for about 0.10p and will be able to buy back at 0.05p - 0.07p when the OO has shares left over????

if all are approved will result in the Directors having the authority to issue up to 2,343,302,775 AND at "WHAT PRICE"

Makes all our shares worthless???

As I see it "IF" the resolutions are passed then the next will be another consolidation.

Then since the BOD have been given carte blanche to issue as many shares as they like, we will go through another year like 2017 up to 27-Apr-18 2018, 211,428,572 shares issued.

How does this help the ordinary investor????
