Aerial/Saus - EDL need to start communicating on a regular basis as one RNS in a while is no good and will only effect the sp in the short term.

EDL needs someone who will communicate on a regular basis even if this means monthly.

Aerial - All I was pointing out was a bought at 1:26 and they sold up at 2:16 less than 1 hour later..

So if it was suppose to start a sell it did not work..

When a company sells a product ALL costs are taken into account, if not a company will not survive.

Coal profits are after all costs are taken into account which should include admin etc....

Looking at the monetary amounts quoted in the RNS for the July - Mid September production, the profit per ton is above the US$10 - US$20 RS quoted

If we vote against a new shares issue, where will they come from?

If there is a new issue WE will be the looser NOT the BOD??? They will still take their "R E D" money....

If you ARE a holder then surely you do not want your shares holding to be diluted further????

the BOD et al have between them 36M shares and these should be used for company use BEFORE ANY NEW SHARES are issued.

Share holders have had ALL the pain so for so now it is down to the BOD and others with share options.

I think there is a problem and that is why it is being left to the last moment... JMT..

I do not want to come between anyone, BUT, the repayment is NOT on the US$750K, BUT on the US$900K which has interest of US$150K added.

So the monthly US$ payment is 1/20th (US$45K) plus US$1.35K (3% interest on CASH payments).

So the monthly total is US$46.35K.

Sorry last line should read

There will need to be at least 1 RNS in the next week calling a GM on the 16th FEB,for all share holders to go and vote.

Whither we get a Production update is debatable, as no matter what the state of play is there HAS to be a "GM NO LATER" than 26th FeB 2019!!!!

Saus My post which was deleted had a bit from the RNS dated 24th September.

This stated:

"From 1 July 2018 to 17 September 20,945 tonnes of Run of Mine ("ROM") coal processed, producing 6,186 tonnes of washed coal and 9,523 tonnes of fine coal. Of the 6,186 tonnes of washed coal, 4,947 tonnes were shipped"

so they have to increase ROM coal by 50%, or Washed coal coal yr over 200%, or fine coal by 400%.
