the rise in share price follows a recent pattern of pre RNS rises on nil news. Will it be followed by another disastrous rns I wonder and usual evidence of greed and money-wasting on crap projects or drops in sales. I have no confidence in the "cons" pretending to run this company and if I owned shares would make sure I m out before any announcement.
This chart suggests fertilizer prices are around the same as January
and dropping https://ycharts.com/indicators/fertilizers_index_world_bank
Pp one post which ramper are you ? Trying to play the multi id troll game? Or maybe you're just a mug who hasn't done research. Triple fertilizer price and the sp is where it is. . And how long will fertilizer prices stay high - until oversupply hits.
it seems the rampers are providing balance of a sort. if you read my posts you ll see that I objected to smalley and other nom de guerre of that individual. Some posts were obscure and prejudicial, and some were well researched in some cases, albeit always to a a particular end, which was never admitted. but to me the main damage has been done by the management otherwise I would still be invested. and possibly the excessive bulk of the product that limits the distance it is worth transporting and obviously requiring a lot of storage space. AS such I think there is a strong chance that verde will eat their lunch. They are producing about 2 million tons of what appears to be better fertiliser, but I am not invested in them either currently.
Michu you re just ramping. we don t know how much the Edwards family hold still but presumably over 10%. The elephant in the room is the sales orders for the 3rd quarter that were lower than last year. There is still hope for holders but the company is run very badly and greedily which will drain off a lot of potential profits.
I reckon it likely the fat cat Edwards family have done a lot of on site research into the company and would explain their selling up a huge wodge of their shares. I have sold as I think the prospects have deteriorated since the Edwards sold and the 3rd quarter results. Even if I am wrong I m not happy voting any confidence in the company that can't even organise a decent rns and whose accounts just show them enriching themselves not shareholders. This should be the golden age for hmi and they manage a hefty drop in sales orders for 3rd q. this was not lost on me nor the Edwards I ve little doubt. And it is in my view likely they found out before the rest of us.
Assuming those orders are 100% solid I still question whether the sales are on an upward trajectory given the 3rd quarter results which are lower than the previous year. A "timing issue" doesnt make sense to me and indicates sales are falling because of competition or just Brian bungles of other kinds. The man is far too muddle-headed and opaque to inspire confidence. Any other facts on the so-called renumeration committee or is that another word for "directors"?

Seems like the ramper****s are going flat out again though there s nothing to be cheerful about. At the 3rd quarter there is usually an increase in sales and what happens ? With their amazing track record of screwups does anybody take the accounts or the health of the business at face value ?
