shareholders and ex shareholders have long memories of balls ups, misleading statements, and greed so there is a discount. there is massive supply of fertiliser, there is inflation, there is competition from verde, bm says there is price pressure, shareholders discount it all .

Agree about Smalley lack of declaration on motivation but I still think there's simple opportunity for management to make a pig s ear again of the company with the competition and falling fertiliser prices. I haven't been hurt badly by hmi but I don't have confidence in then at all, they drain the company of cash and can't write an rns in plain language if BM had s gun put to his head.
