The company is run like a closed shop gr and his son hold major roles. Gr obviously doesn't believe in the company currently or he wouldn't want to grab arc shares in exchange for the loan as well as take 10% in fees. If it were your typical CEO i would be astounded but this one is in a different bracket. I would vote for his removal immediately so we can with new management see the whole can of worms. I want him to stay within our jurisdiction while new management try to find out what he has been up to, good and bad. If the assets are as good as he claims it doesn't make sense that nobody wants to invest in the company, except that nobody believes the company line any more. Sorry for stating the obvious.

Thank you sproose, I m sure there are others like you. On the full equity raise the problem i thought would be getting the £2bn off shareholders at a good price when the institutions thought it wasn't worth the risk, though they wouldn't really have a choice if they had the money, that is.

Myos I heard Staley talking and concur with it. it's probably on the site and he sounded very unconfident over the fundraising, which was a worrisome sign for me.

Myo you re playing the psychology game as much as anyone. But hang on in there just don't be surprised if the share goes down, it had no business going to 32p or 34p on no news anyway

The point being they are spending the money raised by the last dilution. Perhaps more spent on a decent Sales force would have made shareholders happier

I'm not shorting it yet there are too many unknowns in the share due to the company's lack of progress with torps. There is the possibility of the company after 8 months of nothing will miraculously come up with a torp that is possible but I am not so much of a gambler as some of the people on this site

If torps were in progress .. that is the big doubt. Wtf has the company been doing the last 6-8 months?
