How much cash are people risking in Sirius ??

The fact is HMI got in the region of $50 a ton and it cost them around $6 a ton so there's plenty of room to reduce the price to get sales if necessary even if all bopd's reports are true. Yes I have invested, at less than the funding price I think it's relatively safe.

That RNS says mining licence is applied for, which I knew already, not much comfort there..

What about the full mining licence for Arapua ? Is that assured? No reply from company yet.

JohnHenry(which happens to be two of my names also) on what basis do you believe it is a large retail investor selling. Do you mean a private investor (rather than Debenhams I imagine) who doesn t know the value of the shares ?

Does anyone have a clue how the weathered lava compares to polyhalite apart from being on the surface. I speak as a Sirius investor (also a small investment in HMI).

Is this company likely to need extra shareholder funding soon to build the mine? That would depress the share price normally.

The thing is I emailed circum and the only answer I received was from one George Roach.. we are certainly a lot more in the dark about that co than he is I'm quite sure of that.

Avo could it be the market is oversupplied with fertiliser, and agricultural prices are low - especially coffee - who needs more of that? The other reason was the incipient mining boom in 2016, rising tide etc.. However I'm more positive on Sirius with the new torps. It looks like something has been done, I just wish it had happened sooner when I had more invested. Still most would give their right arm to only be risking profit.

It's impossible to say but the rise from 22 to now came on very little good news at all but there were no disasters. I reckon if they get funding in the way they want (govt guar/handout and no dilution) the share will go up a lot, but it is a big if without a lot more torps, even though I own shares. ;) .The institutions know how to get a piece of a company if they have the power. Sirius is of course a debtor and if it folded it wouldn't repay anyone but if I were a lender I'd want more than 5 or 10% interest .. just saying

You're splitting hairs Jones to try to discredit me. I sold my entire holding and bought back £20k worth. One day I owned £78k the next £20k. Does it matter to you ?

If Sirius is a slow and uncertain mover I would rather have some of its money in other "plays". Three years minimum is a long time to have money stuck in one share but some people would rather not enquire into alternatives as it takes time and effort

I have explained I used to own approx £78k in Sirius I now own £20 k. The long lamented torp persuaded me to reinvest so have a small loss on my latest purchase. Got it durex ?

No there's no difference apart from a very small interest payment

Paaa I only say things as they appear to me, I have reduced my holding from £78k to £20k in the expectation of a short term fall . Am I not right you sold up your CFD s at 30 p. You thereby showed you lacked confidence in the share, yet if I do that giving well-argued reasons it is de ramping. It is you also that by your selling has lacked confidence.
