As it turned out glad I didn't sell up before the rns. Frankly had good reason to but at a 10% minimum spread decided to stay.

Yes with 8 salesmen from a bankrupt company they have no excuse. If it wasn't funny it would be tragic. To be fair Heyhoe said that if they're not performing they would be sacked. I guess Bopd will say they're unsackable in Brazil?

Dumped is a prejudicial phrase.. there is a trade-off of cost Vs benefits of processing dust versus just "dumping (a load of sh*t) on your front doorstep Bopd (the idea amuses me for some reason). Whatever product HMI goes with they'd better decide soon which is best for the future of the company. And I think the mgt needs to smell the coffee pretty quick. They have not given me confidence, Heyhoe speaks too quickly, he's nervy and the tweets have been hollow and even those haven't all been confirmed unequivocally. Are the company selling more than last year?? And if not , who's going to take responsibility and be sacked or leave rather than syphon bonuses out of the company (perhaps as a means to compensate the management for share value decline?). The next announcement could or should lead to a shareholder revolt imho. In the mean time the company will be keeping us in doubt (rns rules as usual is the excuse)

Of course Bopd is not totally reliable, but he did claim the logistics problem came after the decision not to purchase because of product suitability issues. The ordering of the product was a dummy process to see if the company could deliver. I d like him to confirm or deny assuming he can be honest on this. (And it appears he wasn't in a deramping phase at this time).

As people familiar with this board will remember according to Bopd, his agronomist said the product was not competitively priced at least for his purposes. Could this not be a reason it failed to make many sales last year even though it was on the books of agrocerrado to sell ca 50k tons. What else can the company do if a product is not selling besides reduce the price ? The publicity is there , the salesmen are there, but big sales seemingly are not, or they would have been announced as required by financial rules I believe. I also think the company would have publicised if they had asked the relevant government department that they needed to mine another 50k tons. Or are the company trying to trash the share price by suppressing genuinely good news not just churning out waffle. As I told Dr Heyhoe at the investors' forum last year supermarkets are never afraid to offer bulk discounts. Once you've got a satisfied customer he can reorder and tell his friends. If you have no customers sooner or later you have no company. This is the spectre that haunts this company and we investors. Dr Heyhoe mentioned sieving the product to get a more powerful composition but that will reduce profit percentage obviously, and the fine dust is allegedly useful to the soil to a degree. But the fact they are considering modifying the product is interesting.

i believe Mark Heyhoe that the full mining licence is not a big issue - they can simply write to the authorities when they need to mine a further 50k tons . There is no reason i can see why the authorities particularly headed by Bolsonaro would turn down a full mining licence (except bribery perhaps!) , though of course it s possible they may as indeed quisad has insinuated. The bigger risk is that potential customers don't like the product, or that the company have a bunch of salesmen who can't do the job, (some of them were extracted from geociclo after all) or perhaps the company's pricing strategy is wrong. In March I was told they were maintaining the price they intended, but it stands to reason that if they have at least a 70% mark up to play with and costs go down with increased production, (I gather that it would drop 30% at least if it went to 100k tons per annum) it would pay to be flexible with the price. In the meantime things like testimonials for the product (not just one!) , bla bla , would be helpful .

It was good to hear from the company management, but i m still resentful at being persuaded to hold when the shares were 13 p because of false indications of prospects and how 80k tons of fertiliser became 20k tons. Surely the company knew at the time that Agrocerrado et al were not selling the product at an acceptable rate but this was kept from the market until the dismal results were announced around March.

cc I got a call from Mark Heyhoe, who said the interim would be out around sept 30th. I pressed him on matters like sales etc and many other matters and he fell back on the defence that relevant information needs to be released by rns and those have been conspicuous by their absence

Cc, unfortunately we haven't even been told what the bonuses were for, but surely they weren't for increasing the revenues of the company.

If someone senior from the company will continue to say on the record they are on track to break even pre tax this year I'll be happy. (would need 50k tons of sales) The results are due out ca September 30th depending on when they manage to do the audit, which i hope will this time include auditing of the bonuses that so many investors are rather fuming at, given the rather misleading prospectus the company presented last year. i e. 80k tons of advance sales announced by the company - and then mostly disappeared in a puff of smoke.
