I think the only reason they might is to boost the share price but heyhore said it might go back down again ! That s a very good reason isnt it fully in line with their priorities. I m wondering if anyone was affected by the initial slump on IG s CFD price for this share this morning. I tried to close a short I have at £750 profit but it wouldn't let me. (Son sob) Nevertheless I see there was a bit of selling. Shortly after the share showed an 8% increase from Friday's close. So it would appear the initial share price slump was a way to close stop losses on long trades on ezyjet since there was no news ascthere seemed no reason for large scale selling. I noticed a similar pattern in IG s pricing with Deutsche bank in its last downtrend. Back in 2017 I believe. Ig would have a price way up for the first few minutes then it would resume its usual downtrend. It could not be IG but general market makers tricks of course but did any other platforms have this pattern?
