I certainly won't accept an offer of 5.5p which represents a 66% loss - about £50k to me.
They are, (AA) unsurprisingly, taking a punt IMO - tells us all we beed to know bout CF and the Board though, trust gone.

ffc seems likely to me but I think that's what hopo and I are trying to understand.

I don't know but the coincidence is striking ( and I don't believe in coincidence especially in the stock markets ).

Market worked hard to get the sp back down - see the 0.146p 4.17% spread. Tight fisted as ever even at Christmas.
