RE: I was really hoping to see the Farmout RNS27 Jul 2020 09:04
BG fair point, so where's the farmout ? Any further delay now is particularly worrying IMO. Had my fingers very badly burned with SXX earlier this year and dread the prospect of a repeat.
I was really hoping to see the Farmout RNS27 Jul 2020 08:43
this morning, especially after the directorate changes on Friday, sneakily announced after close. If they weren't related to the farmout then WTF is going on ? AEX always seem to manage to screw another drop of blood from the ever more squeezed stone. For gods sake get the paper signed and close the deal !

Know Exmouth well my father and step mother retired there. Sadly dad is dead now but she still lives there and we visit regularly. Nothing better than a chip butty on the marine parade watching the sun set.
RE: Two more weeks of this ? Great.20 Jul 2020 15:42
Crusty 2 years since the transformational farm out, watched shares since 2015, bought in 2017 on the spike, holding ( like many others, averaging down since ) to try and break even !
I can hardly wait, the excitement is palpable - or it would be if we hadn't already been waiting TWO YEARS. For goodness sake just sign the blasted paperwork and lets get this done !!!
RE: SOLO BOD - AEX BOD have waived rights to options15 Jul 2020 17:36
but they want to put options for 75,000,000 shares to the AGM scheduled for 2 days BEFORE the revised long stop ? Surely the AGM should be postponed until the outcome of the farmout is known ? ( Their failure to get the deal done makes it unavoidable IMO )
The bod are proposing 75,000,000 share options ( in lieu of salary) ? - to be voted on on 29/07 - why should we vote yes if there is no deal ? As I said surely the AGM should now be postponed until AFTER the farm out is a done deal, or not ?
Should be delayed if the farm out isn't signed off before then ? How can we vote on options for example if we don't know whether the farm out is done ?
