cp agreed but the real question is still why would the "final" ( really final this time really ) longstop date be set for the 15th when there is very little chance the Tanzanian Government incumbent or about to be elected/reelected would have any interest in signing before the election on 28th October. The logic escapes me as it seems an unnecessary/unconvincing position to adopt -although there is no denying the impact ( lowest point ever ) its had on the sp.
15th November would have been a much better option, although the deadlines for proposed works start to loom extremely large if no preparation has been made in anticipation of a successful farmout signing.

Essentially exactly the same prices as yesterday but yesterdays 4% gain at close is apparently a 9% loss today.

Ask 0.50 virtually all day sp moving between 0.48 and 0.35 ( according to London Stock Exchange ) and then finishing the day with a sudden rise at the UT from 0.427 to 0.494 off the back of 2 trades at 16.03 for £11 2200 shares and the UT itself £49.40 9999 shares at 16.35. Meanwhile the Bid started at .045 fell to 0.40 and stayed there ?
Whatever happened to the midpoint - presumably 0.45 ?

London Stock Exchange shows an early sale of 655,000 at around 0.41 and another of 1,000,000 at 0.41 a few minutes ago - but there are several 500,000 trades at 0.45 or 0.48 which muddy the waters.
Frankly unless someone bought below this price ( over 3 years ago ? ) I can,t see why anybody would offload when the sp is at a virtually all time low.
Every drop of 0.05 costs me over £1000 on paper - but I'm holding until the 15th at least.
I know others have larger holdings and shudder to think what their paper losses are but if you're down 75% ( I am even after massively averaging down - might have done that differently if I had a crystal ball 3 years ago ) I'm not prepared to take a 75% hit when the FO could be just around the corner.

The reported figures (buys v sells) and Ask and SP suggest evens stevens so the Bidshould be steady at 0.45.

means that a 1.05% rise (Ask 0.50 with an SP of 0.48 and Bid of 0.40) is actually a .05 around 11% loss against Fridays already dire sp.
