Alan what do you make of todays trades and the sp i.e. 3 to 1 buys v sells, no large sell since 10:50 - and the sp is drifting down ?
Genuine question as I know this has puzzled you before and it certainly puzzles me !

More in hope than expectation (pun intended) I have tweeted AEX asking when the EGM circular will be issued.

Its gettting academic now even today would have meant no realistic chance of completing the farmout in December.
Later this week guarantees nothing before January, which in turn throws into doubt anything else happening before the rainy season. Surprised ? No. Disappointed ? Extremely - this share never ceases to let itself down sadly.
Can we do anything to convey just how pis*ed off we are ?

That explains a lot Taufor. The irritating drop to close, the large number of small A sells and an apparently disproportionate effect . I must admit I hadn't thought of applying the kind of analysis you have. I'm convinced !

realistic - If the circular comes out on Mon 3/12 presumably the earliest date for the EGM is Mon 17/12 ?
Seems more than unlikely to me - and even if it did take place what chance of anything else happening before
January ?
Assuming the farm out is agreed and signed off very early January, CH1 happening before the rainy season also seems very unlikely so are we looking at KN1 remediation as the only other event likely to happen before say May ?

A kind of Expected Expected then rather than an Unexpected Expected ?
An actual would be infinitely more preferable - but this is AEX we're admiring from afar.

If £'s were expectations we would all be rich by now.
Basically another deadline another fail. I've said it before but when I worked as a project manager failed deadlines were the quickest way to get sacked. If I'd failed as many as AEX/Jay/The BoD/etc I would have been sacked several times over this year alone.
Sadly don't believe a word they say any more, just gritting my teeth and hanging on - no doubt in the company of many others. DISAPPOINTED not surprised.

another walk down ( from 22.80 @ 14:46 to 22.50 @ 15:19). A couple of decent buys since, with a lot of miniscule sells, doesn't seem to justfiy the sp staying at 22.50 after holding reasonably well all day.

I see my earlier post has disappeared ! Thats a first for me.
Obviously the truth is uncomfortable - but the 70% 80% plus pare losses many of us are nursing are a damned sight less comfortable.

As a CEO for an AIM co. I suppose he is exactly what you would expect ( modern day pirate ? ) - but not what you hope for. Come on AEX deliver just one blasted deadline or say why not for goodness sake.
