Drewky no not offering solutions, I don,t have the expertise but you make a reasonable point, we can only wait.
The irritating thing is we,re told what a great deal this is, then offered repeated end dates, only to see those change again and again while the sp plummets. Down around 20% since the transformational deal and much much more than that since Feb 2017.
Time will tell if it was worth the wait but presently with paper losses over 50% now, it doesn,t look, or feel like a great deal.

1) The process is complex - managing it is what the BOD are paid ( very handsomely ) for.
2) I don,t know what the board have had to do - doing it is what the BO D are paid ( very handsomely ) for.
3) I think the board should presnt a convincing case to the President showing him the advantages of agreeing a deal - presnting it is what the BOD are paid ( very handsomely ) for.
4) How would I tackle the government ( its not my job see 1,2 and 3 above.
Many years ago as a junior manager I made the error of complaining to some staff that my job was difficult, can you guess what they said ? Yeah its what you get paid for, learned a lesson that day, seems Jay and co have not.

Thanks CP. I have an average of 3.4 and a paper loss of 45% ( down from over 60% ) so timing may well be everything as always.
I thought this was a good buy back in Feb 2017, after following for 18 months prior to that.
Events so far have not done much to prove me right although the potential is obviously there if only the company could get their act together. Holding, even if it proves to be until late next year, in the hope that the assets are proven and brought into production - but I have to say progress so far suggests this nay be the triumph of hope over experience.

So do we think the EGM and Farm out completion are the trigger to release value or is it ( I suspect ) CH1 spud, which now looks very unlikely to be before May ?
So we are not waiting a few days for the EGM, in reality, but a few months for the spud.
Can't help feeling someone is being economical with the truth here, its like climbing a mountain - every
deadline/ summit reveals another beyond !

November - The most recently self imposed, often repeated deadline/ target whatever you want to call it has come and gone and time is ticking.
We all know if things don't get started within a few weeks we are looking at the middle of 2019 due to the rainy season.

So ref Max's query and the answer to Drewky via twitter it appears the matter has been discussed, agreed and shared with Aminex. Also we have waited several days for “final touches” as mentioned elsewhere.
Where is our RNS please ? What is happening ? Why don't you tell anybody what is going on ?
4th Dec leaves viryptually no time to announce/hold an EGM this month with knock on effects to the rest of the actions required to move this project on. Please tell your shareholders what you are doing !

we are here pending letters of intent and ST2 - but I still think its incredible the sp is lower now ( after all the news much of it very positive derisking stuff ) than it was at the begininig of the year.
I would not have put money on that.

just now on HL - why would the sp go up as sells exceed buys and stay there all day until just before close only to fall to Fridays figures at the last minute ?
