Tony just read the article in The Times and have to say with one or two minor errors ( based on what we think we know from the RNS ) its a fair summary.
Seemed to me it suggested we are more able to access finance than previously expected ( good in my book ) and that uf anything the thrust if the articke was aimed at criticising HMG for rolling back its support from £1.5bn to £1bn and imposing further conditions, which makes the task slightly more complicated, but eminently achievable. As usual the government says one thing OMQ last week and does snother ( as outlined sbove ).

myo It seemed to me CF was saying they are nice to have but not essential. Makeup didn't seem to matter - it is always nice to have more, though.

Listening to the presentation am I right in saying that CF does yet know how this is to be done ?
Assuming its convertible bonds I make this 2.4Bn shares ( $600m ) or 1.6Bn shares ( $400m ).
Does anyone differ from this interpretaiton ?

Appy - wouldn't it be best to get any possible dilution out of the way sooner rather than later, instead of creating a spike and offering shares at half the sp as they did in November 2016 ( and we all know how that went ).
Personally I'm hoping they will either find a way to avoid issuing any ( I assume convertible ) bonds or decide to get it done early so the sp has a chance of taking off and continuing to progress without any sudden drops.

in 2 trading days looks like someone/some people is/are confident to me.

tbl might be an idea to explain we're hoping (expecting) they WILL guarantee the loan - you wouldn't want anyone to think HMG will not/are not supporting the project, would you ?

I thought the market reaction (to a pretty good bit of news/pr) was a bit mean spirited TBH - nevertheless all good, onward and upward.
