H4G agreed its ludiccous way more buys than sells with a couple of 1m buys doing nothing and a few thousand auto trades dropping the sp back to its start point beggars belief.
Waiting to see if there are any late reported sells ( 5m needed ? ) to justify it.

the 1m share buys at 13:16 and 13:59 don't seem to have lifted the sp much - which seems surprising on a day when total volume is only7m so far ?

So AEX the EGM held on 04/01/19 ratified the “Transformational” farm out,which has to be concluded by March 29th.

As its now Jan 29th and one month of the 3 has gone and bearing in mind your, less than informative, Public Relations record how about an update on progress - or are you leaving that until Mar 28th ?

Sadly SXX do have history - look at the charts, but I for one believe CF does have the interests of shareholders in mind. This makes the latest effort all the more disappointing and the current sp 50% what it was in Sept underlines that. SXX really need to sort the ST2 asap ( I'm sure they know that ) but at the moment it really does look like the money men are going to pinch the prize - unless any share issues are minimised and placings are made at a price that ensures as few shares as possible are issued. Meanwhile I will topup when I can, watching and waiting.

Casa if thats the case with an ave of 25.75 and no desire to wait 5 years to get a price of 46p your calcs are a real turn off for me and I suspect almost everybody else.

on HL it seems there is only one large (275,000 shares) sale after 10:27 - so all the dame today was done early on by 5 500k and 1 600k sale - which doesn't look like PI's to me.
Maybe the market has had its say ( completely over the top IMO ) - no doubt they have their own reasons.
Anybody think the bloodletting will stop now ?

All prices converted to £ at 1.30$
2018 base case 13mta 47p and 20mta 72p
2021 NPV progression 13mta 74p and 20 mta £1.07
2024 NPV Progression 13 mta £1.09 and 20 mta £1.53
We just need the finance and using SXX own figures the sp's above look achievable at 50% discount to the NPV
