Just sold some other shares to buy another 21000 and drop my average while the sp is so low. Not waiting for a rainbow.

Myo what os your take on the placing and convertible bonds?
Is this a net issue of 900m dollars worth of new shares in effect ?

Slurns sounds about right, not quite what I hoped for personally.
If I read things correctly 900m dollars worth of shares about £700 ?
If that is converted at say 20p = 3.5bn new shares ?

So is that 2.5bn dollars credit with a 400m equity raise and a further 500m in convertible bonds ?
Would that be about 900m dollars worth of shares in total ?

Myo I'm no expert but the idea of a tripartite arrangement sounds perfectly plausible to me. Indeed given the scale of what Sirius (we) are trying to achieve the pooling of mutual efforts to mutual benefit looks like good common sense.
Another benefit will be access to existing markets/logistics snd maybe finance to Sirius whilst ADM and Bay Wa get into early partnership with a potential disruptor to their existing business and are able to make this an opportunity, rather than allowing competition to arise which might threaten them ?
