How long before they complete, no one knows with Covid19, working from home etc. However, CICCapital has a prospectus, and to list you need a share price on TSX, depending upon cash in the company. Better to list a a high sp than a low sp. however, I agree, the wait has gone on for too long towards a listing. But I believe that this will be CIC’S year.

The plant was turned on on Monday, this is the 5th day. Monday will be the 8th day. We should be getting initial results of production next week.

I can only presume that the sellers are leftovers from the last placing, holding warrants, otherwise what other reason can they be selling for?

I wouldn’t worry too much about funding right now.. Steve Byle owner of Valkor , TOM’s 50% partner, which is a large manufacturing company in Texas, will know of large Texas Banks who are familiar with the oil business. My understanding is that if you have a reliable means of extraction, and a known resource I.e. a plot full of tar sands, then the value can go on the balance sheet. So, a bank could loan against that, I believe. Any accountant that knows better, please be free to correct me.

I find all the sells difficult to understand. Perhaps someone wiii write a book, a\on why to sell on long-term good news like:-

WTI above $50, the sand that could be sold reducing the cost of production. A strong partner in Valkor.

I am not sure that it is all placing shares. A lot of buys were going on in the low .04’. They will be traders taking a profit.

I think the real gains will come end of week or next week, once they announce production of oil and clean sand.

So, how come Petroteq have already produced oil from the plant without a mining permit, something Valkor would certainly have checked up on
