Hi candy belle, I do no t know when listing will happen. However, if you read the Operational report for CICCapital, you will see that they are establishing a new company in Luxembourg, which is more favourable for taxation, and shares issued as a dividend in specie at 0% tax. The company will be receiving recenue and the cash assets in the company will define the sp on listing. He wants to get the spa as high as possible on listing. I know Stuart is working hard, and looking to bring in more new companies. However , the company is now in the hands of the auditors. I doubt if there will be a listing before April,. I am hoping for May, but I would prefer a strong listing sp than a weak one. Call Stuart, he is now on UK time.

I do think if Colin received a reply from The CEO of TOM, regarding that the samples should becreadybforcdespatch in a weeks time, then the least Mike Kirk could have done would to have requested info from either TOM/Valkor/Greenfield before going into print on the samples despatch. I believe he owes an apology to GREENFIELD, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION. Not that I think that TOM are any good at communicating, I would expect more of Mike Kirk.
