Bollix, Greenfield, of which TOM is a 50% partner, have the rights to use Petroteq system on any lease they choose for free. Read the rns’ it was a condition of bailing out Petroteq.

They own 50% of Greenfield, plus numerous leases in the area. Do some research.

We are where we are. With the auditors which means it will list., after the prospectus goes in with the Q4 results. The listing price will depend on cash in the company. The more cash the better the listing price.the company has done a lot of work for various companies, and awaiting payments. See SB’s operational report produced last year. The directors own a fair few shares, so, it is in their interests to get as much value as they can on listing.

All companies have to produce accounts every year, with an extended audit at the end of the year. So, Capital’s accounts end of year was 31.12.20. If the accounts are not with the auditors, where are they?

Well, lots of 4Q results are with the auditors , at this time of year, so, the full audit takes longer. Plus they are working from home, which does take longer, so I am told. I know it is frustrating, just hoping that it relists at a good price.

On another point we now have so knowledgeable shareholders on here, but has anyone noticed, that as soon as it looks as if the sp might start to rise, lots of sells come in, and they appear to come in blocks. If you look at the timings. Very few “haphazard” selling. Look at all the latest sells today and the timings. I am not saying the sp is being manipulated, but you could make a case for it. Aimho

What I would like to know, is what have the new Chairman and 2 new directors contributed to TOMCO, what are their salaries? John Potter is only observing the equipment. Valkor are doing all the work, so, TOM only really needs 1, 2 directors at the most, to tick over. In my opinion 2 unnecessary salaries being paid out. So, with 4 directors, we know nothing as TOM is inflicted with the DCWS disease. Don’t communicate with shareholders. I now have 3 unanswered emails.

Yes, Petroteq is only informal source of news for TOM shareholders.

I wonder if we will get an update tomorrow from Petroteq after another 2 days of POSP working.?
