I wrote and posted a message and it has not turned up here! Shortened version.
Do you know whether BNC have to offer us inclusion in a potential sale or are we our own master?
I just imagine that BNC would have a clause whereby we don't get a choice insofar as any prospective buyer may not want a jv.
As to Megalit( think that's the right one. Huge and unexplored?) I remember DL saying unless Bnc started any survey etc the money we put up towards exploration would be returned. (£1 million?) . I am not sure the final authorisation from Mexican department was granted re permissionions?
I do like this page.
Such a shame Colin Ore-ewing passed away, I really think that was the start of our sonora play unravelling.
Has anyone read our Bcn jv contract? Hopefully the section covering the sale of the Sonora project or Bnc as a whole protects us from being thrown out with the dishwater.
As someone has pointed out, after Colin O E met his maker we lost all gentlemanly order and no wonder we tried the take over bid when we had the chance through Canadian regs.
As for the rail line repair, dammed sight cheaper than building a new one and I'm sure the regs aren't as anal as network rail.
Morning Muck, you have clarified the question I was going to post regarding ABC Rapid test. I was flicking between ODX rns and our info to make sure I wasn't suffering early morning confusion and excitable misinterpretation that ODX are indeed manufacturering our tests. We must have belief that massive amounts of these tests are needed.
Looking at all the red 'sales', I see one at 53 in last 13, guess the 54s are buys and therefore using my 'logic' assume someone is working a big sell as yesterday.
In other news, googled Abingdon news and found a report tempting me to pay huge amount of money to read about abdx place in the world of 'rapid cancer tests'. Has anyone read about this?
Hasn't read the 101 book on dressing up for aim.
Feels like a monster being created behind the scenes, just waiting for the curtain to be lifted to reveal the story. Getting very excited, I don't think for a minute this is a damp squib!
£95k buy (if correct of course), if I had that amount of money to invest I to would be confident of a decent return here.
Muck, I would hope if we have won any part of that tender or been contracted to manufacture for another party we will be notified and I would like a fanfare of trumpets to highlight our company, otherwise, we will not be seeing the desired sp increase!!
This is killing me, this has to pop soon!
Amapa will go ahead and we will be a part of it. Too important to the economy and it would appear the government think so to. The court will push this through if the banks are are on board or not.
It is dragging somewhat though, that said compared to our Bcn it is comparatively youthful.
Hi Regulator, I was reading the information document last night and must admit I was pretty surprised to read that contracts could be awarded so quickly. That Abingdon have increased manufacturing capacity and are hiring staff would suggest they have an increasing order book though it would be quite wrong to think they could have been expanding for this tender.
Mr james, I did it a couple of years back and all it cost was the spread, through Barclays and they kept it very tight. We'll worth doing obviously. Move £20k worth today and literally pay no tax on the £100k you are likely to make.
From the LFT DPS Information document.
'The first procurements under this DPS are indicatively scheduled to commence on or around Wednesday 7 April 2021.'
Have I missed anything?
For the timebomb to detonate. Not sure how long was on the clock at the start but every minute is one closer to the explosion. It still appears few people recognise the potential of this company even though the list of positives increases by the day.
I only found Abingdon because i wasn't prepared to put money into the other two companies in the group and only then after looking on line did I know Abingdon was listed. I felt pretty smug at the time and if it comes off like I hope i will definitely pat myself on my back.
I don't think luck is required here.
With the mass testing being announced I can't imagine the price will stay at these levels for long. Hope I can buy a couple of thousand in the morning at about this level.
As has been mentioned the company has increased capacity, tied in with a chemical supply company and is now looking for new recruits. Even if we don't get a direct link to the DHSC mass testing plan, the company is obviously planning on manufacturing more than at present.
Hopefully we are about to feel the warmth of the spring sun and now the shops are opening we can by strides with bigger pockets.!!
As has been said before, nothing belongs to us until documents signed. Just pray the bank/anyone doesn't try to scupper this deal again. Very very valuable deal and who wouldn't want to be in our position.
