I do feel for those that hold BCN. Bacanora is why many many are here, it was for many the only way in until they listed. The death of Mr O-E was the start of its downfall, Secker being the guy hammering the nails. I feel it would have been a very different story with O-E in charge and had they remained on TSX. Likewise EMH. Those 2 companies were our driving force. Kiran played it well being shareholder rather than direct investment. The sell down of EMH shares has been fruitful. I'm sure Ban and Mr C will agree that although that money has been paying wages it has also hopefully funded our path to riches!

With the offer being finalised I would think we should receive news on what happens with the JVs pretty soon.

ipo @ 98p on back of existing business. Sp had stuffing kicked out of it through no fault of their own ie. GLP challenging the gov ,which through lack of clarity appeared to be against ABDX, and due to case ,the retention of monies owed to us, in turn this led to a profit warning.
Way undervalued . As i said, 98p was based on the company at the time of IPO .

A question for you, assuming for ease a steady ore price. If all goes to plan and we are partners, selling our product closer to home and say, half as much again weight of ore, and using a p/e x 5 , ignoring all other assets, could you give a rough calculation of share price.

The court is being generous to the banks, because of covid I guess, allowing more time. In the same breath I think they are saying the project will continue regardless of the procrastinated handling ( by the legals?) .
Would be great to see court seize the 10 % retention and hand it to a local cause.
