i hope this link works. I'm sure the higher consul will have commented and spelt it out to the plebs on my level on an earlier occasion. For those that have missed it, this document should reassure that the courts are /will get this project over the finishing line. I like bullet point 39. For Nick there is a copy of an email from our very own Kiran shouting at the banks. Lots of good bits to read and regain hope.
the whole point of buying Angra is that it comes with the licence in place and it also comes the guy who set it up and met the requirements to hold the licence. You really shouldn't have to question whether or not the legalities of the purchase and transfer of control have been looked into before a suitable company was sought and approached. It really is a shrewd move. Approval could come pretty quickly. I just hope the purchase doesn't drag on in the hands of legal teams
I hope the board would reject any offer , After being invested for so long and to date seeing the company showing a return on only two of its investments and now on the cusp of a truly transformative deal, I am sure I would develop facial contortion never witnessed in the human race. Amapa should be able to allow us to seek out and fund other ventures currently out of our stadium . Shame it hadn't taken place back along when were punching high in Mexico.
Nick, the entire stockpile may have been forward sold for all we know.
Don't let this share wind you up so much. The Brazilian authorities want this mine up and running. I think the Indian bank must have put a pretty Good excuse to the court for their delay , I don't think the court would hesitate to demote this bank to allow the project to complete.
I have been looking at the Geest website, famed for banana shipping, at the bottom of the home page you will find banana prices , this leads to upto date invoices for BAF which is basically fuel (bunker) 'cost'. Thats not an accurate definition of BAF , you can find that here https://www.xeneta.com/blog/should-baf-be-included-in-the-ocean-freight-rate . I found it interesting, I hope others may. You can see why saving our ore for a different day is understandable.
I do feel for those that hold BCN. Bacanora is why many many are here, it was for many the only way in until they listed. The death of Mr O-E was the start of its downfall, Secker being the guy hammering the nails. I feel it would have been a very different story with O-E in charge and had they remained on TSX. Likewise EMH. Those 2 companies were our driving force. Kiran played it well being shareholder rather than direct investment. The sell down of EMH shares has been fruitful. I'm sure Ban and Mr C will agree that although that money has been paying wages it has also hopefully funded our path to riches!
