Hi, I didn't think the year end read too bad to be honest. Company seems positive looking ahead, as you would expect.

Year experienced best growth to date. Throw in expansion capital and $4min bad debt write down never going to look as good as previous.( if I am correct in my understanding). Toss of a coin. Lion or vulture.

I can only suggest you refer to the RNS page and read through. This is the only official info I have. More on the web. I think the sell off was justified with the possible merger and uncertainty of revenue. With merger not taking place and no contract loss notified co should be back on track, which they have indicated. I don't know if pre fall sp was toppy but it took a big hit , should be plenty of upside. Imo.

I guess it's about getting in at a low sp before results. Hopefully they will be good.

Just looked at Rio rns regarding share buy back and note they release news at the end of day as to what they have bought. My point being I would think it a regulatory requirement .

I have just re-read CEO statement from last rsn, he is really quite bullish . Coming up to half way H1 and he is expecting revenues to return to 'normal' entering H2. Bl**dy good entry price I would have thought.

Off director buys, they know a good deal when they see one how about everybody else?

As you say Riddler, a good summary. Pretty harsh drop for known revenue decline. Good chance of recovery if for no other reason than a good entry point for new money.

trade reports today. I put £1k in @ approx 1.45pm and not showing . Thought I had caught the bottom. Can't see placement with so many buys from the board. Bet they are chuffed.

I am not sure I could invest in here if I thought the ex board stood to profit, they were less than helpful back in the day. I'm quite sure they didn't muck up intentionally as it would have cost them money but it would be a bitter pill to swallow if this co was turned around and they walked away pockets bulging .

i am tempted to have a punt. nobody likes getting burnt esp not twice but.....

i am guessing most cut their losses some months ago. There is now a possibility you could make some back. i don't think DL or Strang would get involved if they couldn't see a glimmer of light. They don't need to be mucking around with this crock of ...... just for fun. GL
