when selling some of our investments to cover running cost they had stuck to the share buy back as announced and held in treasury we, potentially, wouldn't have needed the last placing or any going forward. I'm not sure what we have left to sell, but if they are so sure of the success of Amapa then getting as many shares back in company hands at these prices has to make sense. We are after all an investment co and trading in and out is something these guys should be good at, at least better than us. So far they don't seem to be.

Mr c, you are without doubt and in your eyes good reason, oner of the most critical commentators on this board regarding the management. I certainly have no axe to grind with you. Apparently I am a forgiving soul which is probably why I put the companies performance down to their naivety. I bought in through my nativity all many years ago. As you say, now is a pretty good time to enter. Have you an eye on other companies (miners) that you think may be ready now? I'm sure you are right, can you imagine if they released a rns which traders misinterpreted and created a massive price increase only to find it was false hope and pipe dreams leaving the ill-informed trapped with shares that turned out to be virtually worthless and tied to a company for 7 years. Imagine the angst and bitterness that would cause.

Absolutely. My point is, often holders will sell after the registered day and move on somewhere else to pick up so more profit(try) especially if they have made on share price increase. In theory it should drop by the divi %value. Not always the case especially with a share like this where there isn't huge volume. It could be that that most holders have pressed the reinvest divi button in which case you could end up with a spike as auto buying takes place.

We had a bit of luck. I know Kiran wasn't around when we signed up to the jvs with Hastings and Bcn, those guys were happy to take our money but it became quite obvious that they didn't really want to share. Hence buying shares in emh. Back in the day I would say the majority of us assumed we were active partners and were on the road to riches. I know big Dave is full of bluster but I think he also was pretty niave when he signed us up.

We carried our own scoping study to keep us involved, we changed the mind of Colin who was looking at borate,we were told it was on a fast track so as not to miss the boat. We got tesla involved. We attempted an audacious take over of Bnc least they shaft us. Colin died and they shafted us and his family.
If we pull off this current plan we will be mining before any lithium comes out of Sonora. We need a bit of luck but if it comes off I will actually congratate the board for the reinvention of the Co.

I think if I had put £400k into shares of this company I would happily spend a couple of grand on that report for peace of mind.

Because the recomencment of the mine is so important to so many in the local community it would be a pretty hard court to deny its success. I can see no reason other than those of the court having received envelopes stuffed full of cash to deny a successful completion. So it's not guaranteed but I have put money on it.

If only Bcn had accepted our offer of a pound. We would be operational by now and sticking the li into tesla motors. Albeit at a low price. We would probably be able to self fund Ampala. As it is the million we spent on scoping study was wasted and the paper work gathering dust. Dust will be an inch thick by the time it's needed and some of us won't be here!
