A market capitalisation of approx £18m for bbsn seems low. Over £5.0m cash, cash generative and momentum building in a huge market. The old days of Rightster have long gone. Broker’s research note of 4.6p fair value. I am a comfortable LTH.

He would want 20% to make sure PSL general meeting votes to become a shell and then acquire ,by RTO, whatever he wants to inject into the company. This has got multibagger written all over and I am surprised the market has not worked it out. I hope you are a holder Dave.

Dave, this is potentially very exciting news and gives a clue to what may be a major RTO. This guy is a big player and if PSL is used as his new investment vehicle we could be in for a massive reratkng. Good luck mate.

The Director Declaration is instigated by the new Nomad. This is standard practice for any new information uncovered in the new Nomad due diligence on Directors to be announced to the market by the retiring Nomad before the new Nomad appointment, which almost certainly will be on Monday. Coupled with the loan restructuring I foresee a strong rise in share price. If a new contract is announced as well this could rise many times from 1.35p.

Hi Carpking... what do you believe is the security being offered by EQT for a $10m facility? As they have little in the way of tangible assets , it seems to me that the lender is comfortable with anticipated cash projections.
I also am bullish here as Allenby would not have authorised the RNS without being reassured on the contract references. On confirmed contracts this should motor.

With 58 trades already today , I believe word about the undervaluation of BBSN is spreading. In March the share price could be well ahead of current levels, particularly as the results announcement approaches. I reaffirm my post earlier this week that BBSN is one of the best investments on AIM. A world class company in its field , the current share price is a joke.

This share may well be the best prospect on AIM. Strong management , cash generative with £5.0m on the balance sheet and no borrowings. Ebitda positive, results ahead of management expectations. World leader for November on Facebook views and Tubular Insights now saying Brave Bison is a company to watch. The share price does not reflect true value . The risk/ reward is compelling and I expect the price to surge very soon . For a world leader to have a market value of only £10.00 m ( of which £5.0m cash) appears to be a substantial under valuation.

This is an outstanding and positive RNS.
Cash generative, ebitda positive and a world leader in its field. The present share price is absolutely derisory. On this short announcement alone it should be well above current level. Well played the management team. Another year or two of this progress should see a market cap many times today’s. A very strong buy without any doubt...a conviction BUY.

Is there value in this company? I suggest there is still a good business outwith the Altair receivable problem. Probably a few million of ebitda from the other verticals which suggests the current share price is oversold and worth a punt.

Thanks Daytrader, it shows how unbelievably low is the BBSN share price, When the importance of these numbers sink in and they get more widely known the share price will surely rocket, On every measure this company is significantly undervalued.

With a share price rise of this extent, I would expect the Aim committee to insist on a clarifying RNS on Monday from the company.
It looks to me like a combination of a pending deal plus short squeeze.

The problem here has been the people who are a disgrace to themselves and the company, Eric,Pottinger, last finance director . Where is the governance?
The company has a good product, but previous shambolic management. There is a slim chance of new Nomad, some cash and proper governance that the show could go on. It is relevant that all the incompetent people and advisers are departing.

What a remarkable article. It puts a totally different perspective on Mysq and suggests this is a share to buy big time. Our current market capitalisation is derisory , but clearly under huge selling pressure . This will suddenly ease and when the wider market understands Tencent, then we can expect a massive relating.

Hi Daddybigbucks, that is a good link you spotted. The market is there and growing fast over the next few years. We appear to have excellent software which is in demand, now strong management, excellent partnerships with blue chip companies, and now well financed. It is only a matter of time before this share moves strongly, we await the trigger.

I agree that this is a poorly priced offer. There is no incentive for a shareholder to take up their allocation. Blame is at the broker’s doorstep on the price. It should have been at a deeper discount , basic stuff, trying to be too cute.

This appears to have significance on the IMM risk/reward scale. Can only increase our prospects of success, particularly with such positive patient feedback on our drug.
