George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
The Board are quite entitled to say nothing has changed.
With the recent share price fall, if there was a commercial reason for the fall then they are obliged to update the market.
So I am happy to hold , the recent price fall was like a rush by lemmings over the cliff, naive private investors.
The research note target remained unchanged at target price of 279p!
In my view the RNS announcements from the company are absolutely clear , I do not know why so many on this site are criticising the Board.
The share price fall is due to a steady seller who needs liquidity in their business and a stop loss being triggered with loyal followers of JW simply and blindly, following the pied piper.
This share at this market cap is now a strong buy at a price level which in a few months time will look an almighty bargain.
I reckon April for readmission if all runs smoothly.
To be at £11.0m market cap is a huge undervaluation.
This is one of the largest graphite deposits worldwide with advanced interest from US and China.
Make your own assessment but share price should be way above 5.5p.
VapeTV has just changed its name to The Vaping Group ltd . It had accumulated losses of £450000 in its last filing for 2021.
I am wary on the excitement that is being stirred up in CHLL shares.
Perhaps TW is worth listening to here, I am waiting for next sales figures before investing.
You can relax Roger, this share price will increase steadily from here. There is so much demand forecast for graphite and the BRES resource is absolutely massive with high quality ore. Note also broker target of 59p.
Me too, what a buying opportunity.
I am trying to work out any downside risk here, but feel we are at such a discount to asset value, that this is a strong buy. On a 6/12 month view a winner as graphite is now the most scarce battery metal.
I am thinking the same way.
VRFB/Enerox/BMN makes an intriguing combination.
This could do well on relisting.. Also the delay has been on our side, getting the Garnet court challenge out of the way took a long time, but we may be relishing into a brighter market with recovering commodity prices and a market desperate for energy storage and VRFB technology through Cellcube.
What a great article on the escalating demand for graphite. Governments getting involved in securing strategic supplies for battery storage and EV markets. BRES is surely a conviction buy for any portfolio.
Interesting post Earl. If this was a shell company with a billionaire investor the price would absolutely rocket! This is a shell now with an exciting business….ground floor investing for the savvy investors!
It probably means a wealthy individual investor is building a position in the shares of LDG. This usually has a bullish positive impact on the price.
Something cooking here ………40 trades, some of them chunky, and a stakebuilder RNS.
The Lanstead financing arrangement on its own would make be nervous but the Alora placing price of 11p is a bullish sign and on balance I am a buyer.
A placing at a premium is unusual and suggests positive news coming-
I like the business model here.....licensing agreements with the crypto miners and buttoning down the IP. This could be a strong growth story up ahead and in exactly the sweet spot with bitcoin miners now very anxious about their electricity usage.
I disagree. Any financial uncertainty particularly on a major refinancing like this causes a false market. Without suspension this would have been chaotic today and I believe LSE would have intervened. Perfectly straightforward and well done to the Board.
We now must patiently await update RNS.
Suspension is the right course of action. The hugely different opinions from posters on this board show exactly how a false market is created. We must all wait now for the clarifying RNS.
Barclays own 6.18% including instruments and shares.
Something is definitely cooking...maybe an amazing JORC is imminent. Then the herd will arrive...keep buying Bill.
Hi Dave, I agree with you.
The news of distribution plans and sales figures should be very pleasing and astonishing....not alarming!! Keep accumulating while the price is quiet. We are on to a winner here.
