These CLN’s were only issued 10 days ago, there is a reason why we’ve had such quick conversion. This could get interesting.

This could be an extraordinary opportunity for FORG’s gasification technology…….WOW…. This share is unbelievably undervalued at this market capitalisation.

There have been some very good pieces of analysis on this board recently and it does appear ATN is seriously undervalued. What is going to get the share price moving as there is little point in holding on to a share whose price hardly changes even with positive RNS’s. Perhaps a decent research note from their broker, Director share purchases or a new institutional shareholder or two. When it moves it should move to a price multiples of where we are now. I really don’t want to be an impatient investor but we need initiative from the Board. Perhaps after the full year results RNS we’ll get some share price action …..not long to wait.

It will jump for sure. This is a great buying opportunity as our revenue is coming from trading metals, I expect on next RNS strong cash flows. The market continues to miss ATN. It is the conventional miners and explorers who should be marked down in this market , not ATN.

That purchase of £100000 is 2.5% of the company!!!

Ali. Thanks for the link for the Charles Archer review. It is a remarkably detailed analysis of the company and its strategy. ATN could become a stock market gem with its cash generating trading business in tantalum plus extraordinary Copperbelt licences in Botswana. The company also has a key supportive shareholder as yesterday’s CLN announcement shows.

With a little patience ,holding ATN shares could be very rewarding.

Yes agreed, 5200 sq kilometres, absolutely massive . Who knows what the share price is going to be once finance arranged or a major gets involved, this is ginormous!

Hi Khor, the resolutions are to increase the authorised share capital and give permission to directors to issue shares up to a certain amount..,,…all standard practice for a company with growth ambitions. No shares are being issued through these resolutions so there is no dilution at all. Reading some other comments it seems many don’t understand.

Whatever the past may have done for some shareholders who have lost money , this is a new start and I will support the new team going forward. Just look at the 18% shareholder …. You should be buying.

There is no dilution suggested in the latest RNS. The resolutions are necessary to position the business for growth and each new acquisition , joint venture, or licensing deal must be viewed on its merits. After the EGM I expect there will be debt structuring announcement and additional appointments to the Board. At a market capitalisation of £800000 or so this is a superb time to invest, but it must be tough for those who have lost so much on the way down.

Not investing now may cost you a lot of money, The RNS today is preparing the way for a total revamp of the business and I believe has the support of the lenders to the company, The market is missing this one, value in plain sight!

Yes, it is difficult for those who have lost money in the old EQT. This however is a new start and a superb new buying opportunity.

I agree Aklee. This is a positive development and, reading between the lines, has the approval of lenders. A great buying opportunity .

If the Board announce that the financing arrangements have been agreed , with Mr Casimiro involved with all his contacts, this share price could absolutely rocket from current levels. With all that is going on in the company a market capitalisation of £750k is tiny.

Agreed Wiggly. I see no negatives in the RNS.The extended timetable is what happens in negotiations. Look at the Ukraine negotiations, timetable changed already . There must be a lot of day traders needing to sell which is fine, but I am a buyer at these prices. This is the impatient passing value to the patient again.

It is amusing to read the nonsense comments from many contributors. I read nothing negative in the RNS. Having been involved myself in many corporate transactions as a Director or advisor a delay of this nature is absolutely routine and suggests that multiple parties and proposals are engaged in the process of getting a deal that has long term benefits for both sides. There is nothing here to excite a troll.

SBAR market cap £45.0m at 11p on no news. Feels overpriced to me.
