Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Deancam999: This could be a trial run of the burners using diesel - I have seen this before in the Philippines, but even so - a trial run would indicate the possibility of upcoming tests.
Anyway we cannot be sure of the true significance of the report at this time unless we get an idea of the duration of the burn.
Gazzajam: Even in the artic there are ice holes.
Use the Filter tab to exclude the share bashers and annoying posters.
The perseverance 1 well may be at TD in two weeks - we should then expect some DST's. I expect DST's even if the well does not look promising because of it's importance to BPC and the Bahamas. Hopefully there will be several prospective zones they test and the data from the tests will provide definitive data on the wells success or otherwise.
The facts are Lombard Odier have increased their stake in BPC from 4.83% to 7.56% - a very good sign imo.
Covid-19 has affected many companies recently and the Blue Prism's results reflected this reluctance to spend by many companies because of the outlook. With vaccines now being distributed I would expect a significant improvement in demand for Blue Prism's services during 2021.
The facts are irrelevant to the share bashers - their job is to sow discontent and fear into the pi's for their masters.
Starchild - its your choice of course, I choose to avoid the and negativity and reduce the clutter (if it is not factual or reasonable) by filtering the bashers out and leaving the legitimate and interesting posts.
Starchild: "Finally, I note recent commentators on this BB openly admit to NOT having BPC shares. What I cannot understand is why they bother to comment here at all unless they have ulterior motives. I respectfully ask them to explain why, otherwise the many readers of this BB will remain, like me, baffled." These frequent negative posters with no stock are mainly stock bashers and de-rampers paid to make negative posts. Genuine pi's should not encourage them by responding to their comments, they should be put on "Filters" and forgotten about.
With a tight hole scenario and 45 -60 days minimum to TD we have a minimum of three more weeks for the RNS - unless BPC decides to break the scenario themselves. Very few people on the rig will know anything significant with MPD operations, even oil in the cuttings doesn't not mean success because it could be residual /immoveable oil.
No one except the LWD and wireline logging /sampling engineers, the company man, and the drilling superintendent/manager will have accurate information on the rig, and they will not pass it on except in a secure manner.
If the planned TD is as follows: -
"The well has a target depth of 4,800 meters (with capacity to increase depth to 5,600 meters, depending on outcomes while drilling), .." The tops of the formations and prospective oil bearing zones are picked from the 3d seismic and may be slightly different in reality , but within 100 feet. I would not expect BPC to cut short their plan for the well, as they would wish to explore all potential zones in this exploration well before moving off.
I note the solid rise ahead of the results for 2020 which are due on January 14th.
Lets hope the results are solid also.
Don't comment on or respond to their posts.
Be careful who you invite into other groups as not to bring home the bugs.
Expose them. If you can expose their misgivings with indisputable facts people will know not to listen. If they admit they have no position, they are a basher. If they admit they have a position and still talk down on the stock, they are a short.
Don't share information with them that they can try to use against you or to their advantage.
If you do respond to them, only post indisputable information on their posts so that anyone who does read their garbage sees your reply tied to it.
Jdam: "A basher" is a person who sets out to ruin the credibility of a stock or company that has shares on the open market. They do this usually for two reasons. They either profit from falling share prices via a method called "shorting" or they wish to scare investors into selling their shares at low prices so that they can buy them at less than what they believe they are actually worth. Even casting a shadow of doubt can be enough to keep a potential investor out thus keeping the price where they want it until they have accomplished their goal. You'll even see many bashers then turn around and "pump" the same stock once they've gained from the loses and now wish to profit from the gains.
There are a few who just enjoy stirring the pot but usually if a person sells their position in a stock, they leave any chats or forums where that stock is the main topic of discussion. Why wouldn't they? Who wants to sit and talk about a stock they are no longer invested in? A basher, that's who.
It's worth noting that there are some bashers who are actually paid by others to do their dirty work. A big time investor who perhaps stands to make thousands of dollars shorting a stock doesn't actually want to sit and bash their day away so, they pay others a fraction of what they believe they'll make to do so for them.
There are even writers, not unlike myself, who create articles specifically to bash a targeted stock. They are like sledgehammers because when people find these articles via searches to learn about a potential investment, they believe what they read. They trust it because "It's a whole website and looks legit" or "It came up in a search. It must be true."
If all genuine PI's put all the paid share bashers on Filter it would make for a better bb.
Do not fall for their gambit, do not engage with them, they will never be reasonable only highly negative and misleading. False sentiment or fake.
"Secrecy or confidentiality of information. Operators typically try to prevent disclosure of results from exploration wells and will hold any such information "tight". A tight hole is a well whose status and data are not widely disseminated by the operator."
The operator BPC decides what to say about the well and when - no one else is supposed to disseminate information about the well without prior approval by BPC.
I would not read any special significance with the tight hole scenario - it is quite common for an exploration well with a significant target, I have worked on several tight hole wells.
HOS is Halliburton Oilfield Services I think
Wells drilled previously in the same area do not provide a prediction of the success of future wells - 500 wells were drilled in Canada before a commercial discovery was made.
VerbierDave:
don't feel sorry for Proselenes he is a paid share basher - the reason he posts is to post to spread negativity/fake news etc. You should not respond to his posts and give him airtime - just put him om Filters
